Family Yoga Event

Join us for a family-focused yoga event where parents and children can bond in a peaceful setting. This unique event offers a 45-minute yoga class suitable for all levels, providing an opportunity for families to unwind and stretch together.

Anne Julia received rigorous training at the renowned yoga school Ahana Yoga in Miami, Florida, under the esteemed guidance of Dawn B. Feinberg, where she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the ancient practice. This immersive training laid the foundation for Anne Julia’s teaching philosophy, rooted in the Jivamukti and Ashtanga lineages.
Known for her compassionate approach, Anne Julia offers yoga classes tailored to meet the needs of her students. From invigorating Aqua Yoga sessions at the iconic W Hotel South Beach to dynamic Heated Power Yoga classes at Ahana Sweats, Anne Julia creates transformative Vinyasa Flows that challenge the body and nourish the soul.

Aimme is a Miami-based hair stylist who specializes in ALL textures. As a curly-girl herself, she strives to showcase the beauty in embracing the natural. Using new technologies, she ensures you will learn the best routine for you and your hair type.

She is currently accepting new clientele at Studio Raupo in the Wynwood neighborhood.

Michelle began her interest in family-focused events in 2023 when her three-year-old son Santiago was diagnosed with Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL. With a background in art therapy and design, she wanted to incorporate these skills into events that she could bring her son to.

Children with these types of illnesses are not always able to participate in school and Michelle found herself bringing Santi to every social event she could to keep him social and active. After months of incorporating Santi into her social life, Michelle found many gaps in the wellness scene and family activities. This is how Flex Events was born.

Michelle continues to bridge the gap between family and wellness by having family-focus events with her main focus of being people together!
